Starting a family or welcoming another child into your family is a wonderful experience and truly a gift. Along with the beauty and joy of pregnancy, delivery, and then coming home, there are bound to be times when you have questions about how to care for your baby and family.


We are here for you and your family.


We are excited and honored that you are considering us for your child’s care. It is always special for us to be invited by new parents to join in the care of a family member. The continuity of care and the amazement of watching a baby grow and develop into a wonderful child is one of the primary reasons that we all feel privileged to work in pediatrics.

What To Bring
  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
  • Completed new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.

Before Your First Appointment

We offer free Expectant Parent Consultations. Simply call to schedule your visit to meet our doctors and staff.


Complete our New Patient Intake Form and return it to us. The remaining New Patient Forms will be sent electronically 1-3 days prior to your baby's first appointment.


When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician. Call us right away to schedule your baby's first appointment, which will typically be 2-3 days after you are discharged from the hospital.
