Our doctors take emergency calls from their homes after hours.
Call the main office number, and follow the prompts to the After Hours Mailbox.
- If your message is URGENT and you need to page the on call doctor right away, select the URGENT option. (i.e. high fever not come down with fever reducing meds, trouble breathing, severe pain, or if you are not sure if you need to go to the Emergency Room). The On-Call doctor will text or call you with a response.
- If your message is NOT URGENT, (i.e. mild illness, low-grade fever, etc.) please select the NON-URGENT option. Your call should be returned in 24 hours.
- For other routine matters (referrals, appointments, medication refills, billing questions, etc.), please call us during our regular business hours and we will be happy to assist you.
We encourage you to refer to our website first, when practical, before calling the office.
**If you are experiencing a true medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your closest Emergency Room.**
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc. In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
